Two Creeks serves as our versatile venue, ideal for grazing rentals and exclusive events, from corporate gatherings to private celebrations. Quantified, our sport-fishing yacht, offers thrilling on-shore and offshore fishing excursions for enthusiasts of all levels.

Meet Our Staff
Grant Christopher
Hunting Program Manager
Grant is the Upland and Dove Hunting Program Manager at Venatura Excursions, where he brings years of expertise and passion for the outdoors to every hunting experience. Originally from Louisiana, Grant moved to Houston, Texas, as a young child, where his love for the outdoors was fostered by countless fishing, hunting, and camping trips with his family. This deep-rooted connection to nature is something he now shares with his four children, instilling in them the same appreciation for wildlife and outdoor adventure that has defined his life.
Grant’s lifelong passion for dogs began with the family Labrador, sparking an interest that has since grown into a commitment to training and handling Venatura’s skilled team of bird dogs. He manages a diverse pack that includes pointers, flushers, and retrievers, each dog specially trained to enhance the upland and dove hunting experiences offered at Venatura. His approach to dog handling and training ensures that the team is not only effective in the field but also friendly and approachable, helping hunters of all experience levels feel at ease.

Every reservation on the ranches starts in the office. These ladies are here to help customize your dream excursion and make sure that your booking process is a breeze. Stop by the store to check in and visit them.
Terry Christopher (center)
CFO & Office Manager
Terri is the company CFO and manages many facets of the Hondo ranch operations. She was born in Fort Worth, Texas and made her way down to the beautiful hill country with her family of six. She enjoys hunting, and takes pride in making sure your group is taken care of to our 5-star standards from the first phone call to your check out.

Kristin is here to help with all of your custom booking details. Born and raised in Tennessee, Kristin enjoys camping, and is passionate about helping clients enjoy their time on our beautiful ranches.

Jessica is your go to for custom marketing opportunities and group gifts. She can help put together package options to include logo’d merchandise and anything else you can dream up. She was born and raised here in Hondo, Texas where she has enjoyed the famous dove hunting every season and looks forward to getting your group out in the field this season.
JUSTIN DRUMMOND
Captain
Justin is the captain of The Quantified in South Padre Island, Texas. Justin was born in the Rio Grande Valley and spent most of his childhood fishing. His father owned charter fishing boats and Justin helped him every chance he got. Upon graduation from High School, Justin moved to Miami and pursued his career in the fishing industry. Justin obtained his captain license at the age of 18 and landed his first job as a captain at the age of 23. Justin has experience fishing some of the most fertile fishing areas around, including the Gulf of Mexico, Florida, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico and St. Thomas. He particularly enjoys fishing near Mexico because the Mexican culture makes him feel close to home.
Justin has over 20 years of experience as a captain and a long list of accomplishments, including 3rd place in the “In the Bite” 2018 Captain of the Year contest and 2022 Sport Fishing Championship winner . His goal is to ensure that all clients have an phenomenal excursion and he takes pride in ensuring The Quantified is always in pristine condition.
